You'd need 2 sigils to have a good attempt at a crit Hardric, and even then the best you'll get is about ~63% crit rate (assuming 25% base, 25% westfold journal, and +12.5% crit scrolls

i'll send the journal and scrolls as well, altho - go for will or morale one..... not sure

The Vermillion scrolls can drop high end single use recipes for any vocation it seems

I'll assume the "Singed Sword" recipe will be one of these. The "Singed Sword of Rebuke" was rather spiffy on beta.
