Coldbear is easy, you can complete that fight by just pulling all the mobs with a few players to AoE everything down. Since everything is kite-able, there's no real risk. Reward is 150-ish SM's.

The Thorog trash is hard to do without at least having 6 players. Killing all the drummers at the same time rewards quite a few SM's though, its well worth it for trash. I think this part is worth 350-ish SM's.

The Thorog fight - for the first boss (the splitting one) we just have the tank carefully select the main target and everyone DPS's that one down. Then the captain or off tank can kite the rest of the 'split' bosses while the raid finishes off the main boss. Keep some stun immunity on your tank/healers since the copy bosses like to AoE stun often.

Thorog himself - we have the main tank point the boss towards a corner, along a diagonal of the boss platform (that way when the boss punts the tank, he doesn't get hit by the roaming ghost in the last phase of the fight and get one-shot).

Make sure there is a captain in each group to Muster Courage each time the group fears are applied.

Each member take a fear pot when the boss gives you the Purple Eye Bomb. It's a 10-second duration eye that requires a lvl 75 fear pot...if it expires it will kill you and everyone nearby you. Worst case scenario get away from the group.

Stay near the boss. The outer edge of the room is extremely dangerous, similar to the Watcher shark tentacles.

Interrupt the boss. A burglar with 75% addle and at least one champ make this easy.

Bring a hunter or RK for range DPS on the ghost adds that refuse to group up near Thorog.

Make sure to have the range DPS kill the ranged ghosts that heal Thorog each phase.

Buy DP hope.

Make sure your off-tank faces the boss away from the group and is in melee range. The off tank will get aggro for 10 seconds each time the main tank gets punted. The easiest option is to bring two tanks, but Thorog doesn't hit that hard, a champ/burg/captain will work fine.

The Thorog phase is worth about 800 SM's. With 12 people or more its an extremely fast fight (with 24 it would be.....faster-er hehe), but any group of 8 or more can get him dead effectively. Healing is not very hard, one minstrel will suffice as long as you have a captain in each group.

Skeleton plan - people welcome to add to this ofc, just what I noticed.

Suggest this is updated on the site when the ??? are cleared up.

Edited following comments:

LEVEL 85 THOROG GUIDE

Go downstairs and kill Coldbear (tank+spank) if you want a few extra marks/meds. Nothing special, just kill all the bears including daddy bear, mummy bear and the likkle baby teddybears. Then cry because you are a heartless ba*d :( , or simply don't go down the hill :P.

Otherwise, head to the gate and play with the Krahjarn. Tanks grab the trolls, rest of group run up to the Krahjarn Drummers by the bottom of the stairs and ensure you kill them all within ~5sec of each other or they'll all heal. RAT should get each drummer to ~30% morale then switch to another and indicate when group should AOE them all down.

Then the door opens to the coffin chamber:

Front --------------------------------------------Back
+--------------------------------------------------+
| [Side of the platform - don't go here during Thorog]
|
| | [X] --------------- [<-Y] --------- [Z]
|
| [Side of the platform - don't go here during Thorog]
+---------------------------------------------------+

Once you activate the coffin at X, Drugoth will appear (I AM DRACULA!) and do his spiel. Everyone ensure you know which the real Drugoth is as at periodic intervals (morale? time? more info needed) he'll spawn clones. All the Drugoths hit hard, and all have the annoying gaunt-lord Baleful Force stun. So group should ensure they can see the real Drugoth, stand behind him and burn him down while tanks take the "extras" off to the sides of the platform. Drugoth and all the clones will disappear when he gets to ??? morale. You now have about 20 seconds to rez the dead and rebuff before...

Thorog appears at Y, facing towards the door. Spirits of Helegrod (green non attackable frost grims) will be positioned round the outside of the room and do 3k AOE pulses. These also affect people who have died and are standing outside the front door. This means that all non-tanks should stand DIRECTLY BEHIND THOROG at Z. Tanks should stand in front of him - main tank directly, other tank(s) to each side of the main tank and ensure they retain aggro.

Eye mechanics work as before - big red eye, pot it or run out of the group. At intervals Thorog will summon five "servants of Thorog" fell-spirits who will spawn in a five-pointed star formation one on the group at Z, two flanking, two opposite corners. At lv85 they have about 20k morale. They ALL should immediately be engaged (probably pulled into the DPS group and AOEd) or they will heal Thorog for 1% of his morale every ???[X]??? seconds.

Champs/burgs/possibly wardens should be on interrupt duty for Thorog.

So tank, spank, pot eyes, kill adds, repeat.
