Tip: It is possible to kill Nardur the Shield & the Devoted in a QM run. Just run to Nardur within the 10 minutes as you would for HM run. Nardur is then killed and cannot run off to kill the devoted. The devoted can then later be found down some stiars to the right, just before the stairs leading up to Igash. Indeed, Any proper QM run should do this.

You should also be aware of what I call "Hard minus a Half" mode.

Do EVERYTHING hard mode up to the final fight. Then, before Igash activates, aggro the Devoted to kill both him and the two gazathrug archers.

You miss out on the extra meds but do get 4 chests of loot, and a chance to kill the Devoted if you've missed him before on a QM run.

Two other important aspects of HM:

Tagging Nardur - once you're through the warg kennels have an FS member - NOT the MT or healer! - run up the left of Nardur's Station to activate him, then (if not dead) run back. Wardens (durable) and burgs (stealthy) are good for this. You've then triggered Nardur before the 10min time limit and can complete the rest of HM at your leisure.

Pulling warg riders (Highpeak Lancers). They often ignore aggro builds and run straight past you to cause issues for healers. Best to stand back and range pull them, not run in to engage.
Aedfrith - Yarrr! | Aldnoth - Respect mah authoritah!| Hrolfdan - Buurrp! | Rumbold - BAPPLE! | Morriarty - Yak-a-boo! | Hraldan - DORF! | Aldfryd - KYAI PAN TUO KYAI! | Aednoth - BOOM! | Rumbelina - :3 | Mishhar - Grroar!

You can find him down the stairs before Igash (if Nardur was killed). You don't have to start the Igash fight, kill him, and reset.

Shouldn't really be an issue these days with all the overlevelled DPS. If you really have to, Burg is best (can ditch all agro). Captain is also handy (last stand if required). Also beware what you have agroed on you if you run back to the group.

Then the agro building isn't good enough, they have no agro-ignoring abilities. Either the healer is overhealing too much at the start of the fight, or the tank is under-agroing. GS is Pre-school for endgame content, so both of these are likely to be an issue for rookie tanks/healers.
