Will try my best to decrypt that (the forums really need a [ table ] feature, hehe...). :D
Just paste into a text file and replace spaces with tabs. Have placed some strategic underscores in and put the last field in quotes - so "Data > text to columns > delimiter = space, text qual = quote" should do it in Excel.

Ok, thanks. Will try that.

Obi, it's better to have the gear on rather than completely "naked" (not just for obvious reasons, hehehe).
This will avoid very low values that might hover near (or at) a lower limit (my Burg is showing 1.0% on Finesse for instance, regardless of level, with her 254 rating), and will also provide non-zero data for attributes that aren't increased automatically as a character levels (such as e.g. Finesse or CritDef, and Parry needs weapon(s) equipped to be available). :)

The primary attributes (from the top down to the Fate line) aren't needed for the calculations, as it is only the coefficients that convert the ratings into percentages for each of the secondary attributes that are to be derived. And the primary attributes themselves have no percentages attached to them anyway. :)

Cheers, folks! Keep the numbers flowing! =)

Skullrend -- Guardian, (52+); Jeweller
Nareraumo -- LM, (40+); Yeoman

thought you wanted to know what is used per lvl in game. And those numbers won't be correct if I have gear and virtues to buff them. Also almost infinite number of alterations when gear/virtues is applied.

But will try to change the numbers to reflect with gear/virtues/stuff... Windowed mode screws all my GUI settings so I'm doing it when taking a mini break.

Ah. Hmm, not quite. Maybe I've been a bit unclear on that. Let me explain:

Take for instance your Guard. When you logged it in after the latest update, I believe you noticed that your Block% had gone down from what it was before - because Turbine raised the rating value needed to cap it and in doing so retuned the entire spectra for how Block Rating is converted into Block%. More precisely, in math terms, they altered the constant coefficient in the formula used to calculate Block%, in which BlockRating and CharLevel are both variables. So, for instance, I would be VERY interested in e.g. what you did then: tried some different gear and checked how it affected your Blocking after the update! :D

That recent change is basically what raised my interest in this; I want to 'reverse engineer' those coefficients - for EACH different stat that turns a rating into a percentage - so that I can reconstruct the formulas used to calculate them. Thus, once I have those formulas complete, I will be able to answer questions such as:
  • What rating X do I need in order to cap stat Y at level Z? (for example Blocking on a Guard!)
  • If I change my Virtues to high-resistance ones, how much will my Resistance go up?
  • Is it worth buying (or grinding for) that particular set of gear to increase e.g crit, or is the gain too small to matter?
...and so on. :)

The primary stats (Might, Vit, ...) don't really factor into it, since they don't contribute (directly) to the conversion into percent. Yes, e.g. Might will affect Block, Parry and Mastery, but it does so indirectly - by adding to the corresponding ratings for each secondary attribute; an increase that it fully known and unchanging. Only the final step - the conversion of each rating into its corresponding percentage value - really matters in the equation (which is a good thing, since not only will it vastly simplify the formulas, it will also reduce potential error sources by keeping the number of variables down. :D

Hope this clears things up a bit.
Note: If someone has any questions about all this - or is generally confused by what is needed (or why) - then please, shout up and I'll try to explain whatever is unclear! :P
