"DANIEL (m.) - Heb. 'Gof is my judge'; Eru "God"; námo "judge", thus Erunámo"

Bet that name is taken. :(
It's so damn impossible to figure out names for this game. Tried every good looking combination of Thor- with my dwarf, but they're all taken. Seems like names are unique cross all servers or something... Eventually just wrote something random to get started.
Don't really like the name, but what are you gonna do?

Don't underestimate the nunber of Thor~ dwarves on our server :P

Theres plenty of them in our kin alone :D

All my characters have authentic sounding names that - at the very least - look lore-abiding. That doesnt mean some were easy to name.

Balthelion - Man Captain, Gondor:
Got named first time. ~Ion means 'Son of' in Gondorian.

Eoradain - Man Hunter, Rohan:
Took a while to name. Was originally going for Eodain, but happy with how it turned out.

Brya - Hobbit Burglar, Fallowhides(?):
Took a while to find a name that worked and sounded reasonable. In the end i went with this as it was like Briar (as in the thorny thicket bushes), and in keeping with lore it's short and plant-related. Although it turned out Brya is actually (quote wikipedia): "a genus of flowering plants in the legume family"

Iarngard - Man Warden, Dale:
Got named first time. In keeping with Men of Dale naming conventions, this has a Norse/Scandinavian style to it.

Pendalas - Elf Champion, Rivendell:
Named first time. Sounds suitably elvish.

Holibrand - Hobbit Guardian, Fallowhides:
Didn't have a name at first, was experimenting with the different naming conventions until i found one that worked.

Kharmul - Dwarf Runekeeper, Iron Hills:
I think it took a while to come up with a reasonably dwarvish name taht wasnt cliche (ie Thor~ :P)

Arkunir - Man Loremaster, Gondor:
Named first time, I'd had this name in my head as a suitably wizardy name for ages

Madic - Hobbit Minstrel, Fallowhdies (?):
I think this also took a while to come up with, as hobbits were always a pain to name.
