Don't ever be tempted by the bad lag and low FPS to go back to DX9 if you're on Win10. Sooner or later your whole computer, not just LOTRO, will lock up and need repairs.

Could bring a tank if the plan is to do pre-requisite quests as well. Hunter has everything unlocked.

I think for T1 stuff it might work, but even T1 needs people to pull their weight, have moderately decent gear and most particularly to follow instructions. Especially tanks and healers.
